These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of physiotherapy, sports massage, rehabilitation, and related services by Fletcher Health and Performance Physiotherapy ("we", "our", "us"). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment, sports massage, rehabilitation programmes, exercise prescription, health and wellbeing advice, and other related services.

All services are provided by suitably qualified practitioners and are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

3. Appointments and Bookings

 

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, email, or other approved booking methods.

 

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are aged 18 years or over, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You understand the nature of the services being provided.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are displayed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

 

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We accept payment by methods specified on our website.

 

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future appointments and recovery action where appropriate.

 

5. Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the following may apply:

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged up to 100% of the appointment fee.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("Did Not Attend") may be charged at the full appointment fee.

 

Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Health Information

 

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, medications, injuries, symptoms, and any other relevant health information.

 

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the suitability and effectiveness of treatment and may increase the risk of adverse outcomes.

 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

 

7. Consent to Treatment

 

By attending an appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment after appropriate explanation from your practitioner.

 

You have the right to ask questions and may withdraw consent at any time.

 

Specific consent may be required for certain treatments or procedures.

 

8. Treatment Outcomes

 

While we aim to provide high-quality, evidence-based care, no guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

 

Recovery times and results vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including adherence to rehabilitation programmes and underlying health conditions.

 

9. Exercise Programmes and Advice

 

Any exercises, rehabilitation plans, or advice provided are intended for the named client only.

 

Clients undertake exercises at their own risk and should stop immediately if they experience significant pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

 

If symptoms worsen, clients should seek medical advice and contact their practitioner.

 

10. Sports Massage Services

 

Sports massage may involve temporary discomfort, soreness, bruising, or fatigue following treatment.

 

Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment.

 

11. Client Conduct

 

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.

 

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may

result in immediate termination of services.

 

12. Confidentiality

 

All client information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection

 

Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

Information will only be shared where:

  • Consent has been provided.

  • It is required for clinical purposes.

  • There is a legal or safeguarding obligation to do so.

 

13. Website Use

14. Limitation of Liability
